If you're not 100% satisfied with our product(s) or service; we'll be glad to refund the original item value. Understanding the delicate nature of our products, returns must be made promptly.

Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all tags are securely in place. Your credit card will then be refunded the amount of the item, less all shipping and handling charges in both directions.
To receive a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s) at our Europe office within 21 days of original delivery date in original/unused condition and with original shipping package included. Wholesale orders are non-refundable.
